General terms and conditions, consumer information, and cancellation policy of Interactive City Tours for the sale of gift vouchers to customers
1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions, consumer information, and the cancellation policy apply to all online purchases of vouchers by customers in Belgium from corporate benefits Vouchers AG, Schwanengasse 3, 3011 Bern, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Interactive City Tours”).
They regulate the conclusion of agreements between Interactive City Tours and its customers, the processing of concluded agreements, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement, Corrections, Language, and Storage of Agreement Text
3.1. Conclusion of the Agreement for Online Voucher Purchases
3.1.1. The voucher offers in our web shop are not binding offers but merely invitations to purchase.
3.1.2. By clicking “Buy Now” at the end of the checkout process, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude an agreement for the vouchers included in the order.
3.1.3. Upon receipt of the order and completion of payment, Interactive City Tours sends an email confirmation of the order and agreement. This email confirms the purchase agreement for the vouchers.
3.2. Verification and Correction of Input Data
Customers can correct their input at any time before submitting a binding order using the provided correction tools, as explained in the checkout process.
3.3. Languages of the Agreement
The agreement can be concluded in Dutch, French, German, or English.
3.4. Storage of the Agreement Text
3.4.1. Interactive City Tours stores the text of the agreement (the order), but it is not directly accessible to the customer.
3.4.2. Customers can review their orders on the offer page of Interactive City Tours after logging into the employee portal of Corporate Benefits. Orders are deleted by the end of the third calendar year after the order.

3.4.4. Customers can print or save their orders using their browser or email programs.
4. Delivery Obligations and Special Obligations of the Customer
4.1. Vouchers are delivered electronically via email or download link.
4.2. Customers must protect voucher codes from unauthorized access and notify Interactive City Tours immediately in case of loss or misuse.
4.3. The issuer and debtor of the voucher are the respective acceptance partners. Complaints about services or products obtained through the voucher must be addressed directly to the acceptance partner.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the agreement.

5.2. Exclusion of the Right to Withdraw
The right to withdraw is excluded for digital content not on physical media if the customer consents to immediate execution of the agreement.
5.3. Withdrawal Form
Customers can use the provided withdrawal form but are not obliged to do so.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. Warranty and liability are limited to the sale and delivery of vouchers as per legal regulations.
6.2. Interactive City Tours is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent actions or physical injury.
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU provides an online platform for consumer dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Interactive City Tours is not obligated to participate in such processes.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. Belgian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
8.2. Courts in Antwerp have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes with merchants and certain other entities.
