Cookies & consent
When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose per category what we're allowed to store in your browser — necessary storage is on by default because the site can't work without it; preferences, statistics and marketing categories start off and stay off until you switch them on yourself. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Necessary storage
We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your basket, your unlock code and your progress through a tour, so you can close the app and pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device and is never sent to a third party.
Order & payment data
When you buy a tour, your email address and order details are stored so we can send your access code and provide support. Payments are processed by Mollie; we don't see or store your card or bank details ourselves.
Team names & tour times
If you play a tour, the team name you enter and your completion time are stored to power the fastest-times leaderboard. Don't use your real name as your team name if you'd rather not have it shown publicly.
Contact form
Messages sent through our contact form are emailed directly to our inbox to reply to you — we don't add you to a mailing list from this.
Preferences, statistics & marketing
We don't currently run any preference, analytics or marketing/advertising cookies on this site. These categories are shown in the cookie banner so you can decide in advance, but nothing in them is active — if that ever changes, the new cookies stay off for you until you switch that category on yourself.
